Flemish Antique Poppy (Papaver somniferum var. paeoniflorum).

This stunning antique poppy variety produces large peony-like blooms that look like they were pulled out of a 17th century Flemish still life painting. Dried pods can be used for floral arrangements, while the seed can be used in baking.  A great old-fashioned beauty.
