Thornless Honey Locust

The versatile thornless honey locust (Gleditsia triacanthos var. inermis) not only offers dappled shade with its delicate foliage, but its nitrogen-fixing properties also contribute to soil health, making it a valuable asset for your regenerative garden.

Our trees are grown from a thornless lineage and are growing very true to their parents.  That being said, we have heard from some folks that heavy pruning or injury can stimulate thorn growth.  Something to keep in mind!
